# Jobiteer

> Jobiteer is a home-services app for both sides of a job, made by Rethink Routine LLC. Homeowners post jobs for free and hire local contractors. Contractors pay only for the leads they choose (no subscription), then quote, schedule, invoice and track profit for every job in the same app, with Jobi, an optional AI assistant that answers customers 24/7. Available on iPhone, Android and the web.

Jobiteer combines what is usually split between a lead marketplace (like Thumbtack or Angi) and contractor business software (like Jobber or Housecall Pro). It serves homeowners, independent contractors, and contracting companies with crews, across 32 trades including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, roofing, landscaping, cleaning, painting, pool service and general contracting.

- Contractors who want local leads without a monthly membership, and a free back office.
- Company owners with employees: one company profile, lead spending approvals, job handoffs and team timesheets.

## Pricing

- Homeowners: free, always. Posting jobs, chat, booking, recurring plans, invoices and reviews cost nothing, and nothing is added to the contractor's price.
- Contractors: free to join, no subscription required. Every business tool (estimates, invoices, scheduling, expenses, time tracking, mileage, dashboards, teams) is included free.
- Leads: contractors unlock the jobs they choose with credits. The exact cost is shown on every job before unlocking (it depends on the trade and location; quiet posts the homeowner re-opens are discounted). Credits come back automatically if the homeowner never replies before the job closes.
- Free credits: every account gets 35 free credits each month (they top up; unused free credits don't roll over).
- Credit packs (credits you buy never expire): Starter 20 credits for $9.99 ($0.50 each); Pro 75 credits for $24.99 ($0.33 each); Enterprise 400 credits for $99.99 ($0.25 each).
- Jobi plan (optional AI assistant for contractors): $49.99 per month, cancel anytime.
- Jobiteer never takes a commission or a percentage of a job. Homeowners pay contractors directly.

## What Jobiteer does not do

- Jobiteer does not vet, background-check, license-check or insure anyone. Contractor badges are self-reported.
- Jobiteer does not process payments for the work. Homeowners pay contractors directly, however they agree.
- Jobiteer never takes a commission or a percentage of a job.
- Unlocking a lead buys the chance to message the homeowner, not a guaranteed reply or hire (unanswered unlocks are refunded when the job closes).
