When you buy credits, it's a one-time payment for a specific pack. It doesn't renew, and it doesn't blend into a monthly billing cycle. Each purchase shows up on its own, on the date you made it, for the amount you chose.
That makes it easy to match a line on your card statement to what it was for. There are no mystery renewals and no prorated charges to untangle.
Invoices you can actually use
When you buy credits on the web, each purchase generates a numbered invoice through our payment processor, Stripe. You can open it right from your transaction history on the web or in the app, so you're not hunting through your inbox when you need it.
If you buy credits in the Android app, the purchase goes through Google Play, which provides its own order receipt for the transaction.
Your full history in one place
Your Jobiteer transaction history records more than just purchases. It includes:
- Credit purchases, with the dollar amount and a link to the invoice where one exists.
- Unlocks, each tied to the specific job you spent credits on.
- Refunds, including credits returned automatically when a homeowner never replied to you.
- Free credit allocations, so you can tell free credits apart from ones you paid for.
If you ever want to see where your lead spending went in a given month, or which jobs a purchase ended up paying for, it's all in one list.
A note on taxes
We're not tax advisors, and how you should categorize lead-generation costs depends on your situation and where you work. Your accountant can tell you how to handle credit purchases in your books. What we can do is make sure you have clear, dated records of every purchase to hand them.
